Public Grievance Processing Service

Petition Processing Portal / e-District GDP has been used by all the district offices, coordinated by Collectorate, to accept, process and monitor the petitions. The general public can submit their grievance petition to Petition Processing Portal (PPP). After the initial scrutiny, the submitted petitions will be forwarded to the Concerned Officer and processed. For each petition, the petitioner will get an SMS on both submission and final disposal of the petition. However, a mobile number is mandatory to avail this facility.
